About the role

As a customer engineer, you’ll be helping our customers effectively integrate E2B into their products. Your job will be the first point of contact with

What we expect from you

3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a technical background
Excellent communication skills and being highly detail-oriented
Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, LLMs, AI tools (AI SDK, LangChain, crewAI, and popular web frameworks (e.g. Next.js)
Experience with support ticketing systems
Updating technical documentation to help future customers
Relaying customer feedback to the rest of the team

Hiring process

We aim to have the whole process done in 7-10 days. We understand that it’s important to move fast and try to follow up within 24 hours after each stage.
30-minute screening call. We’ll learn about you, your work experience, and what you’re looking for to make sure this would be a good fit for both of us.
30-minute call with Vasek (CEO).
Assignment. The (paid) assignment should take up to 3 business days and it will test your technical and communication skills.
