About This Role / 职位简介
We're looking for an Office Manager to establish and manage Dimensional's Shenzhen office and support China operations. This role focuses on building a well-functioning office environment, managing front desk operations, maintaining office infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative execution.
我们正在寻找一位办公室经理,负责搭建并管理 Dimensional 深圳办公室及中国区运营。该岗位重点在于打造高效办公环境,负责前台接待、办公设施管理及日常行政执行,确保办公室稳定有序运行。
Core Responsibilities / 核心职责
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient and professional functioning of the Shenzhen office. 负责深圳办公室日常运营管理,确保高效、规范运转。
Manage front desk operations, including greeting and hosting visitors, handling deliveries, and maintaining a professional office presence. 负责前台接待工作,包括来访接待、访客安排、快递收发及公司形象维护。
Manage office setup, facilities, and vendor coordination (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, utilities). 负责办公室搭建、设施管理及基础供应商(保洁、维修、物业等)协调。
Maintain and track office assets, including equipment, supplies, and inventory management. 负责办公资产管理,包括设备、物资及库存的登记与维护。
Establish and enforce office policies, procedures, and workplace standards. 制定并管理办公室制度及规范,确保员工遵守办公秩序。
Manage relationships with building management, property staff, and neighboring tenants. 维护与物业、楼宇管理及周边租户的关系,保障办公环境稳定。
Support general administrative needs, including travel coordination and internal logistics. 支持日常行政事务,包括差旅安排及内部协调工作。
Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and basic HR administrative support. 协助招聘流程、员工入职及基础人事行政工作。
Requirements / 任职要求
3–7 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles. 3–7 年办公室管理、运营或行政相关经验。
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with high execution capability. 具备较强的组织能力和执行力,做事细致严谨。
Experience managing front desk, office environment, and administrative systems. 具备前台接待、办公环境及行政体系管理经验。
Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment. 能够同时处理多项事务,适应快节奏工作环境。
Fluent in Mandarin with working proficiency in English. 中文流利,具备基本英文沟通能力。
Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 具备良好的职业形象及沟通能力。
Preferred Qualifications / 加分项
Experience working in technology or startup environments. 有科技公司或创业公司经验优先。
Experience setting up new offices or managing early-stage operations. 有办公室搭建或初创阶段运营经验优先。
Familiarity with office asset systems or administrative process optimization. 熟悉办公资产管理系统或行政流程优化经验优先。
