Cherry is a fintech company that makes healthcare more affordable by offering a buy-now-pay-later solution for medical practices. We help practices service more patients and patients get the care they need. We’re growing extremely fast - double-digit % monthly revenue growth on a hundreds of millions revenue run rate - with a huge addressable market.
We are hiring for a number of EM and Senior EM roles as we get ready to scale through the next chapter of our journey. We need eager, hungry engineering leaders who are excited to partner with cross-functional leaders to accelerate critical business units, while maintaining scalable and sustainable platforms.

What will you do at Cherry:
Lead and support a high-performing team of engineers (and potentially engineering managers) accountable for delivering key company-level outcomes.
Partner deeply with product, engineering, and GTM leadership to strike the right balance between shipping fast and building a long-term, sustainable product platform. Help define what it means for Cherry to operate as a multi-product company.
Recruit, grow, and retain exceptional talent, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
Coach and champion ruthless prioritization, ensuring teams focus on the highest-impact work at any given time.

Drive clarity and alignment across teams, ensuring technical decisions are made in service of both immediate wins and the company’s long-term vision.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have 2+ years of engineering leadership experience (or 4+ years for senior EMs, including at least 1 year managing other managers).
Are impact-driven, with a track record of moving the needle on meaningful business and technical outcomes.
Are a hands-on problem solver—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to address end-to-end challenges, even those outside pure engineering scope.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
