As we expand into new verticals and deepen our enterprise relationships, we’re hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to develop and lead integrated programs that fuel pipeline growth and target account engagement.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our paid and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will run cross-channel campaigns that create awareness, drive conversion, and generate qualified opportunities across multiple personas and industries.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, ABM, and sales enablement. You will work closely with our account executives and BDRs to ensure alignment on ICP, campaign execution, and lead handoff—optimizing every stage of the funnel.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, run, and optimize integrated demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels
  • Own our ABM playbook—including strategy, activation, and reporting across lifecycle stages and buying committees
  • Drive execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM—continually optimizing for CPL, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Partner with BDR and AE teams to ensure effective targeting, follow-up, and campaign personalization
  • Measure and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly; develop testing strategies for continual improvement.
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and nurturing flows
  • Use 6sense to identify in-market accounts, prioritize outreach, and activate personalized campaigns
  • Contribute to event strategy (virtual and in-person), mapping demand efforts to key conferences and field opportunities
  • Forecast pipeline contribution and partner with the Head of Marketing on growth planning

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-forward industries
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google SEM, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and 6sense
  • Proven track record launching multi-channel demand gen and ABM campaigns
  • Experience mapping marketing strategies to complex buyer journeys
  • Experience in marketing to data science, IT, or technical decision makers
  • Bonus if you hold certifications for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot or 6sense
