We're searching for a dynamic Program Manager to lead this business unit, blending community management and customer success to drive impactful results for AI teams working on cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role As the Program Manager, you’ll run our credentialed data labeling services business unit. You’ll own restructuring, expanding, and managing our database of credentialed SMEs. This role requires a unique mix of strategic oversight and hands-on project management, as you’ll be working closely with both the annotators and highly technical AI teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Consultant Community Management
  • Cultivate and Grow: Nurture a thriving community of consultants through empathetic and engaging communication.
  • Expert Recruitment: Outreach and partner with new specialists based on evolving client needs and requirements.
  • Database Ownership: Lead the restructuring and ongoing management of our consultant database, capturing detailed information on project history, performance, and costs.
  • Optimize for Success: Enhance the database’s discoverability and usability, ensuring it supports our customer success team effectively.
  • Consultant Engagement: Actively support consultants on our mobile and desktop platforms, becoming their primary point of contact and advocate.
• Project Management and Customer Success
  • Customer Relationships: Manage customer interactions and project timelines, set and reset expectations as needed, and ensure a seamless experience for AI teams. Own customer onboarding, business reviews, and long term health of the customer base.
  • Deliver Success: Develop and document best practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying issues (and then solving them). Represent the customer’s voice to the internal team (product, engineering, and sales) with effective feedback loops and insights.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure project success and consultant effectiveness, continuously driving improvements.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting, with a strong focus on managing contractors and structuring databases.
• Proven track record in community or vendor management and customer success, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Expertise in database management, including storing, retrieving, securing, and manipulating data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to navigate C-suite conversations confidently.

• Experience building and/or managing annotation teams.
• Experience working with engineering teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with fewer than 50 employees.
• Background in healthcare and/or artificial intelligence.
