  • Scout for new talented colleagues, coordinate interviews, and be the candidate's voice throughout the company.
  • Talk to a lot of new people (we're aiming at ~20-25 intro chats/week) interested in the prospect of working with us.
  • Work directly with both of our co-founders, our CTO, and more teammates on bringing the very best people on board in Prague, Czech Republic, or remotely in GMT±3.
  • Be in charge of creating 11-star candidate experiences.
  • Craft extraordinary employer branding and make the company an obvious interview choice for talented candidates going forward.
  • A great startup culture needs to be founder-driven. You'll be the fail-safe to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
