Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end product design and strategy across complex IAM and iPaaS workflows, including authentication, authorisation, provisioning, integrations, admin consoles, and policy management.
• Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables: user flows, wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Translate deeply technical concepts into clear, intuitive enterprise user experiences.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across the product through design systems and patterns.
• Design for scale, security, configurability, and extensibility, keeping enterprise personas in mind (Admins, Security Teams, Developers, IT Ops).
• Balance flexibility vs. usability in permission models, workflows, and integrations.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, discoverability, and time-to-value for enterprise customers.
• Lead by example, setting a high bar for design quality, usability, and craft.
• Mentor and coach product designers, conducting design reviews and fostering strong design thinking.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture to influence roadmap and execution.
• Advocate for user-centred design and research-backed decision-making across the organisation.
• Partner with research and product teams to conduct user interviews, usability testing, and validation with enterprise customers.
• Leverage data, feedback, and insights to continuously refine designs.
  
  

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Product Design for B2B Enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven experience designing complex, technical platforms (IAM, iPaaS, DevOps, Security, Cloud, or Data platforms preferred)
• Strong hands-on design skills with a portfolio demonstrating: Complex workflows and systems, Enterprise-scale UX challenges, Clear problem-solving and impact.
• Experience leading or managing designers while remaining deeply involved in design execution.
• Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and enterprise usability patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills with PMs, engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skillsable to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in IAM domains such as authentication, authorisation, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, provisioning, or security platforms.
• Prior experience in iPaaS, workflow automation, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with developer-facing tools, APIs, and admin-heavy interfaces.
• Experience scaling design practices in fast-growing SaaS organisations.
