Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Advisor who will the the technical go-to for our Strategic Partners. The Solutions Advisor will be responsible for providing compelling product demonstrations, gathering partner requirements, and offering solutions to meet partner needs. Daily tasks include supporting partner sales, being the technical partner advisor, helping potential customers through the sales cycle, new solution evaluations and analyzing partner integration needs and ensuring Aquera's leading position with our strategic partners.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in a technical role, preferably in pre-sales/customer facing roles
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Understanding of Integration tools, requirements and use cases
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the HR or ITSM sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team setting
