We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced technical associate to deliver and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the Aquera Identity Integration Platform as a Service. The ideal candidate brings enterprise technical experience and a background in identity management, IT security, and/or HR platform modernisation. We are looking for someone who can analyse and integrate our product to various identity systems/tools of our clientele.

The Sales Engineer will support cross-functional teams at Aquera. They will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a high-growth environment. This position works hand-in-hand with the sales, Engineering, Documentation, and Quality assurance teams to drive compelling and customer-focused PoC’s and Demo’s closures.Responsibilities

• Assist in sales and pre-sales process including working with PoCs, Custom demos, Solution architecture design and technical presentations.
• configuration and integration of Aquera SaaS platform with Source Application and target Application in client environment.
• Collate functional and technical requirements related to Identity pain points of Prospect and Customer.
• provide support to all sales, Engineering, and management activities.
• Work with partners and customers to deliver Aquera SaaS solutions.
• Perform day to day management and administration activities to ensure PoC’s and Demo’s flows smoothly.
• Assist all clients in integration requirements and prepare design and document all processes as per complexity requirements.
• Assist team by preparing white-papers, conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support cross-functional teams and enhance the existing artefacts for their true consistency.
• Interact with software users to gather and analyse business requirements; make sure Aquera products / software systems comply with business requirements
• Regularly provide solution feedback and competitive intel from the field to Aquera product team, solutions strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years IT enterprise experience and must have experience Domain expertise in identity management, IT security, and/or HR platform modernisation.
• Must have: Demonstrate,PoC,strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli directory server, Active directory, ITIM adapters, Middleware connectors, Authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML
• Knowledge of IDM systems such as OKTA, SailPoint, Centrify will be a plus.
• Knowledge of HCM systems such as Ceridian day force, Oracle HCM, SAP Successfactors, ADP workforce now,Workday will be a plus.
• Provide Demo, walkthrough, and workshops for clients in all phases of the project.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be having programming knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, Webservices, JWT, JSON, REST.
• Ability to prioritise high-impact activities, manage multiple priorities and assess viable solutions.
