With Ansa, our merchant partners have increased revenue over 25% and seen over 50% higher customer retention. We are convinced that we are the last piece of the puzzle in driving delightful loyalty experiences with our slick payments product.
We’re growing the team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven, high-EQ individual to serve as our Chief of Staff. You'll play a critical role in optimizing operations and driving growth within our organization. Working closely with our CEO, you'll enhance leadership team effectiveness, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to operational excellence. About you

Based in the SF Bay Area (or willing to relocate). You thrive in collaborative, creative environments working closely in person with a tight-knit team.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities.
Possess a strong analytical and data-driven mindset for interpreting data, driving decisions, and optimizing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Nice to haves

Solid understanding of payments technology - payment acquiring, processing, and schemes; mobile, online, and offline payment platforms, models, and flows.
Experience working within fintech or early-stage startups.

What will you be doing?

Serve as the CEO's trusted right-hand, providing strategic direction, assistance, and execution on key initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholder communications and meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and materials.
Play a pivotal role in research projects, from market analysis to product discovery.
Assist in the operational aspects of Commercial Systems, including Go-To-Market enablement and support pathways.
Lead employee engagement initiatives by coordinating monthly game nights, social events, and team-building off-sites.
