Job Overview:

Andela is seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, client success, and delivery teams. The Revenue Systems Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights and process improvements.This role will be departmentally aligned with Client Services and focused on Andela’s post-sale motion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client services and delivery teams through development of solutions and strategies leveraging Salesforce and other go-to-market technologies.

  • Collaborate closely with our client services and delivery teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals, forecasts, client services, and metrics.

  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in the sales funnel.

  • Optimize CRM system (Salesforce) to improve data integrity, reporting, and pipeline management.

  • Drive initiatives to improve sales productivity and effectiveness through process improvements and automation.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Train and support sales/client services teams on processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution and achievement of targets.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Salesforce (CRT101 a huge plus) and proficiency in go-to-market tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field in a high-growth technology company.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

Salary compensation for this position ranges from 100,000 CAD - 111,000 CAD dependent upon experience.
